How a Citizen May Make a Complaint

If you wish to make a complaint regarding the actions of a BCCC Telecommunicator, or any aspect of the BCCC operations, you may contact BCCC in person, by phone, by mail, or by following the link below.

To Make a Complaint in Person

Come by BCCC located at 836 Louisville Road, Alcoa, TN 37701
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm

Write out complaint and mail to:

Follow the link below and complete the form. It will be emailed to the Assistant Director for review

Complaint Form

A supervisor can assist you in completing a complaint form. You will be asked to identify yourself and then to give specific details about your complaint.

Your complaint will then be investigated. You may be contacted and asked additional questions regarding your complaint.

If the investigation of the complaint is going to take an extended period of time, you will receive a letter informing you approximately when you may expect a reply.

When your complaint has been investigated, the Communications Director will review the findings and you will be notified in writing by mail explaining the results of the investigation.
